"My wife and I hosted a small wedding party out on Orient Beach State Park and though our event was at a fairly remote venue, with limited resources (not much power or running water) Long Island Oyster Company managed to set up a fully functional raw oyster bar. They literally brought everything that they needed to serve nearly 100 guests: a tent, tables, ice, plates, a portable sink, and even their own trash can. On top of that, Steve was incredibly personable and knowledgable... he charmed our guests by explaining the differences between the local oysters they'd brought and how their growing conditions affected their flavors. Our party was so involved and had multiple vendors and moving parts; it was truly a blessing to have an organized and well prepared company like LIOC be part of it."
