Passion

Passion for Long Island's East End and of course it's oysters and local seafood.  That's why we started our business.

 

Local
Local oysters and clams are provided at our onsite catered events. Fresh and we mean fresh!  We offer a zero to two day harvest date on our shellfish. Our local oysters and clams are plucked from the sea and served to you the day of your event and up to two days out of the water.  That's freshness!  That's passion!  You'll taste the difference and come back for more.

 

We adhere to strict guidelines providing shellfish from New York State Department of Environmental Conservation licensed shellfish farms. These oysters are in waters that are tested by the NYS DEC.  We take these guidelines seriously, not only providing freshness and sustainability but a safe regulated product.

 

Our Services
We're a licensed Off Premise Caterer with a Food Managers Certification. Holding both our permit and certification from Suffolk County Department of Health Services.

 

We offer full service raw bars, seafood catering and delivered party platters of shrimp, oysters, clams and combo's.  Whether it's a public, private, corporate event, wedding or special occasion we provide full premium services starting with the freshest local fare with all the fixings.

 

We take great pride providing you with our premium services and best of all we come to you!  With our customers always in mind we will custom cater to your specific needs.  Indoor or outdoor events always with bright bold colored plates, cocktail forks, napkins, sauces and lemons serving our shellfish on a bed of shaved ice, as not to spill any of the precious liquor!  Experts at pairng local wine and beer with our oysters adds that special touch!  The attention to detail, freshness and customer service is what sets us apart.
